His hands-on experience includes advanced expertise in bulk transport, general cargo, and temperature-controlled freight. Stefan has been personally involved in the development of these key services:
- Walkingfloor – managing transport of animal meal (Category I, II, III), non-hazardous waste (Green List, cross-border notifications), and raw materials for sensitive industries;
- Tautliner – building services for palletized goods, metallurgical products, equipment, and big bags;
- Tippers – coordinating fast and compliant solutions for mineral materials and other types of bulk goods;
- Refrigerated trucks – implementing temperature-controlled transport for the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
Stefan is a hands-on and humble leader who listens closely to clients and team members alike. For him, success is defined by character, long-term relationships, and continuous growth.
He speaks fluent German, English, French, and Romanian, enabling smooth communication with partners across Europe.

Camelia Boreatti is a seasoned professional in the road transport industry, known for her energy, precision, and dedication. At Luscan Spedition GmbH, she plays a key role as Team Leader – Solid Bulk Planning, where she is responsible for truck planning and the management of an extensive portfolio of clients, logistics partners, and daily operations.
With a strong foundation in fleet coordination and effective driver communication, Camelia has quickly advanced into planning leadership roles. Her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and results-driven approach have directly contributed to route optimization and improved profitability in bulk transport operations.
She is fluent in Romanian, English, and Italian, which enables her to communicate easily with clients and partners across Europe. Her ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized, fast solutions makes her a reliable point of contact in any operational context.
Camelia stands out for her hands-on, proactive attitude, while also fostering strong human relationships both within the team and with external collaborators. She uses modern fleet tracking and analysis systems (Volvo Connect, Scania Fleet Management) and is constantly involved in improving logistics processes, service quality, and communication among all stakeholders.

Michał Szyller is a logistics professional with a broad vision of international transport. With solid experience in organizing and coordinating road, sea, air, and rail shipments, he brings valuable versatility to the Luscan Spedition team. In his role as Transport Team Leader, Michał manages a wide range of shipments and clients, responding promptly and efficiently to logistical challenges across the European market.
He is known for his precision in implementing logistical solutions and his constant readiness to support the team, including in customs clearance procedures. His professionalism is enhanced by a hands-on approach and an exceptional ability to adapt—whether facing demanding customers or unexpected operational situations.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Michał is passionate about Formula 1 and boxing—two areas that reflect his competitive spirit as well as his focus on strategy and precision. These qualities are reflected in his work ethic: thoughtful, deliberate, and performance-driven.
Michał speaks Polish, English, and German fluently, which allows him to communicate effectively with partners across Europe and navigate the complexities of international transport without difficulty.

Iener Aptula is one of the dynamic new members of the Luscan Spedition team, bringing valuable expertise in groupage transport, particularly on routes between Belgium, the Netherlands, and Romania, as well as broader European connections.
With a detail-oriented approach, Iener manages complex requests and logistics flows for Less-than-Truckload (LTL) transport daily, constantly optimizing load combinations and partnerships with transport companies throughout the EU.
He is fluent in Romanian, English, and Turkish, which allows him to communicate efficiently with a multicultural network of clients and partners. Direct communication, fast solutions, and deadline respect are the hallmarks of his work.
Through his active engagement and collaborative mindset, Iener contributes to Luscan’s growing capabilities in the groupage segment, adding flexibility and efficiency to the team.
Cătălin Tucaliuc is a highly dedicated and hands-on logistics planner with a strong focus on solid bulk transport, including non-hazardous waste, wood chips, animal meal, and agricultural residues. His operational mindset and structured approach make him a vital part of Luscan Spedition’s planning team.
With several years of experience in managing bulk shipments across Europe, Cătălin brings clarity, precision, and reliability to every transport he coordinates. He is deeply involved in the day-to-day flow of transports, from haulier negotiations to route optimization and documentation control—always aiming for balance between cost-efficiency and service quality.
